Terms and Conditions

Please be aware that we will only ship to the confirmed address of the credit card holder or PayPal account holder for any transaction that is completed through our online payment system. This is done for security reasons. The original transaction must be cancelled and a new one started if you want to modify the shipping address. Your order is delivered to our warehouse for shipment after being authorized. As soon as the order is handled and the stock is ready, the goods is dispatched. Call the store immediately at 1-833-344-4275 to inquire about current product availability and inventory. We might not be able to get a specific date of availability from the manufacturer if a product is out of stock in our warehouse. However, we make every effort to verify the dates of availability and let you know as soon as possible.

Replacement or Returns for Items That Are Damaged or Faulty
Please inspect your shipment carefully when it arrives before breaking the factory seal on the product box. Call Wave Audio toll-free at 1-833-344-4275 first to report any signs of external damage. Once the Wave Audio service department has confirmed the damage, deny the shipment and note this on the bill of lading. Contact us at info@digiark360.com and 1-833-344-4275 within 48 hours of delivery if there is a shortage or damage. Products that are defective from the manufacturer will be replaced with equivalent goods within 30 days of purchase.

Wave Audio will open and examine each defective item to confirm the manufacturer's problem. It will be returned to the customers at their expense if it turns out not to be defective. In the event that an item is damaged due to the manufacturer, shipping costs will be covered by us. Please check your shipment and unpack it within 48 hours of delivery. To report internal shipment damages, send an email to info@digiark360.com or give us a call at 1-833-344-4275 (toll free). After 48 hours of receiving your shipment, no additional claims for internal damage are permitted. Returning all items that are being thought about for replacement in their original packing with all accessories and packaging materials is required.

Utilizing our return shipping label

Bringing Back New and Like-New Items
Within the limitations of our policy, Wave Audio will accept returns of factory-sealed or open, like-new goods. For an exchange or refund, the packaging from the original manufacturer is necessary. The same method used to make the initial form of payment will be used to make refunds (Credit Card, PayPal, Check, etc.).

Please be aware that if components, accessories, or original packaging are missing, extra costs might be charged or the exchange or refund might be denied. After the initial purchase date, refunds are good for 15 days. 15 days after the date of the original purchase, exchanges are permitted.

TVs and other large items for return
We advise you to save all packaging for at least 15 days after you receive your shipment from us in case you need to return or exchange it, or for the duration of the warranty in the event of shipping.


• If your shipment was damaged during transportation, our courier will get in touch with you to arrange for a refund.

Please decline delivery if the box was plainly damaged at the time of delivery and contact us straight away at 1-833-344-4275 before the driver departs.

If your TV doesn't seem to be working properly, we'll be happy to troubleshoot and figure out the issue. We will accept your return if you simply don't like it; however, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs and any processing fees. Additionally, you must pack the item in its original box with all of the included accessories and outer box, if applicable. For an exchange or return appointment, our carrier will get in touch with you. Additionally, original shipping costs are not returnable.

Warranty The original manufacturer's warranty is included with every new equipment sold by Wave Audio and is valid at all authorised servicing locations across Canada. Every brand that Wave Audio sells is one for which it is an authorised dealer. To satisfy Canadian warranties, products may be shipped to Wave Audio (shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer) or to a Canadian approved manufacturer service facility together with the original sales receipt.

Wave Audio also provides "B Stock" items. When they are "B Stock," it will be quite evident in the product description. Depending on the manufacturer, all "B Stock" products come with warranties that range (often 1 year). In all other cases, Wave Audio only sells brand-new, factory-sealed products that are covered by full manufacturer warranties that are valid at all authorised manufacturer service depots in Canada. All "B- Stock" is recertified and can alternatively be referred to as refurbished or recertified.

There are also "Open Box" products available, which include the original factory guarantee but are priced cheaper than a comparable new model.

Any warranty repairs must be forwarded to a Canadian authorised service centre or returned with a copy of the original sales receipt. Cards with warranties are insufficient.

To facilitate the repair, you ship the item to us at your expense; we cover the shipping costs to return the restored item to you.

Order Cancellation and Return Of ''B Stock and Open Box'' Items

"Please note that if you wish to cancel an order for B-stock and open box products or return it, a 30% restocking fee will be applied. This fee is necessary due to the unique nature of these products, as they are specially ordered and prepared specifically for you. When you cancel an order, it incurs costs for us in terms of inspecting, refurbishing, and repackaging these items, as well as potential loss of sales opportunities. The restocking fee helps us mitigate these expenses and allows us to continue providing a wide range of B-stock and open box products at competitive prices. We appreciate your understanding of this policy, as it helps us ensure a fair and sustainable business model while offering you exceptional value and service."


Special Requests
On our website, some items are marked as "Special Order." Although we don't typically keep these in stock, we're pleased to order them for you. We will order the item from the manufacturer after you place your order on our website.. We will send your "Special Order" as soon as it is available from the manufacturer.

WaveAudio offers one of the largest selections of home electronics bundles. Most of the time, we have stock of every component of each bundle. You will see the following remark in the listing on our website if we do not currently have stock of all the goods in the bundle: "Order Now - Limited Quantities - Items may ship separately - Call to Inquire." This indicates that some of the items are in stock and will be shipped to you right away.

What if I reside in a remote place in the Far North?
The actual shipping cost for larger items like televisions, stands, or large speakers may exceed the amount computed at the time you place your purchase and as indicated as a shipping estimate* for some shipping addresses located in the three territories of Canada or in remote rural areas.

After we receive your order, we will calculate the precise shipping cost and, if necessary, let you know about any additional fees before mailing your product.

Free Delivery
If shipping is listed as free or as $0.00, it means that WaveAudio will pay the shipping cost, which is covered by the price up to a maximum of 7% of the item's value.We will obtain an exact shipping quote and let you know of any additional costs before mailing your order if the actual shipping cost is greater than 7% of the value of the product. We will cancel your order and release any funds that have been placed on hold on your credit card if you do not approve the additional payment. Orders that are online listed as having "Free Shipping" will have the original freight cost, whichever that turned out to be, charged.
