Shipping policy

STORE PICKUP - 1236, Unit 1, Speers Rd, Oakville, ON, L6L2X4

Orders can be picked up Wednesday - Sunday, from 12pm - 6pm, and are generally ready within an hour during store hours. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.

SHIPPING RATES

Orders are generally shipped within 72 hours (Monday - Friday) using Canada Post. Canada Post's delivery standard is 2 - 7 days.

We do not ship outside of Canada at this time.

Shipping rates are calculated in real time based on the carriers provided rate for the delivery region and is based on shipment weight & dimensions.  Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Free shipping on orders over $999.00 within the Greater Toronto Area Only.

LOCAL DELIVERY

During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the "continue to shipping" button. Local delivery is available for addresses within 12km of our shop. If the local delivery option does not show up during checkout, your order is not eligible for local delivery.

Orders placed before 3pm during store hours (Wednesday - Sunday, 12pm - 6pm) will be delivered the same day. Orders placed outside of these hours will be delivered the next day we are open.

When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.
